About Us
David Weissman is a Registered and Bonded California Legal Document Assistant serving self-represented individuals throughout California. Since 1996, he has helped clients prepare and process requested legal documents with clear communication, personal attention, and respect.
As the owner of LegalDoc-Prep, David works directly with each client. Services are based on the client’s specific direction and may include document preparation for conservatorship, guardianship, adoption, divorce, child custody, support, and other California document matters.
David is registered with Sacramento County as a Legal Document Assistant, Registration #2019-01. LegalDoc-Prep is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, select forms for clients, or represent clients in court.
